Awesome view-unit could use some updates
The view from this unit is amazing. Floor to ceiling windows in the living room and partial ocean view from the master.
When we were sent a text shortly before arrival saying the condo was ready but walked into a bathroom with hair clogged the tub drain and a shower that wouldn’t put out water. Decided to have the kids use our master bathroom so we could change and head to the beach but couldn’t figure out how to activate the shower. Maintenance came out the next morning and was stumped as well. They finally figured out there’s a hidden ring on the faucet that you pull down to turn it on. Hey also cleared the hair and got the 2nd shower working. I guess we have a hair phobia but the sight of hair in the tub was disgusting.
The master mattress needs to be replaced. We didn’t get a good night’s rest at all. Honestly considered purchasing an air mattress but decided to tough it out. No spring left and it squeaks anytime you move.
The rest of the resort was great. Beautiful views, nice pools although we really only used one. The beach was great-no chairs are umbrellas included.
Random but every year we travel to the beach we pack beach towels only to find a ton already in the unit. This year that wasn’t the case and we didn’t bring any lol. Not advertised as included but thought that might help another family.
We felt safe throughout our stay.
Would stay on the property again, just not this unit.
