Smashing time. My 11 year-old granddaughter & I (her 72 year-old grandmother) had a perfect 5 days. She loved the roof top pool, I loved the beach but we made it work. We both adored the hotel. We loved to go around the corner to Baytown, a different world. We both loved the food and the kind people.

The front desk, valet, housekeeping, pool staff, and restaurant staff were all so attentive and kind. Excellent service throughout! I was relieved to find how family friendly and accommodating the resort was as this was our first time traveling with a baby. We had the best time and look forward to staying here again soon.

This was one of the most beautiful properties. They had everything you need right there on the property. Live music in the lobby, games at the rooftop pool and amazing sunsets. There is a whole village of shops and restaurants and we got free entry into the festival! Book this hotel!

My family and I had a wonderful time! The staff was amazing and we enjoyed the ammentities. They were located in a great location near the outlet and resturants. We were less that 15 minutes away from Destin which was an awesome plus!

The only complaint I have is the service at the restaurant and coffee shop downstairs, they had one person behind the counter at the coffee shop and there was such a long line backed up, it took 20-30 mins to actually order and get drip coffee! We had reservations for 6 people at the restaurant and got our food 1 hour and 30 minutes after we sat down while the entire restaurant emptied out. People who came in after us were finished eating and had left before us. So, it was poor management and/or service for both situations~

Effie……This property is absolutely beautiful. So clean and so much entertainment at night in the lobby. We ate a decent priced breakfast in the restaurant downstairs. The rooftop pool was amazing. We got up to the pool at 10am to claim a couple chairs because it’s not huge. Food and drinks opens up at 11am. Tuna nachos were 10/10! It is its own little world at this resort. It’s huge and they shuttle you around to different areas. It’s incredible and it’s just a couple minutes from the beach on the shuttle. And the side doors to this hotel actually drop you right into the cute little area of Baytown Wharf. We will be back. This was a wonderful stay and sooooo family friendly.

Attentive and friendly staff! Room was very clean and tidy, quiet at night. Close by food and a great brunch spot (Ruby Slipper) in walking distance. Rooftop pool is a vibe, bar is located a few feet away. Beach is only a 5 minute drive across the street. Property is secluded with a security checkpoint they only allow you in with a pass.

The hotel was beautiful and in an area that is gated and quiet. The front desk staff are the rudest people I have ever met. Be prepared to be talked to like you’re dumb. The valet staff is amazing and courteous. Front desk needs tons of training.

Beautiful Sandestin stay

Loved staying here! Beautiful and modern hotel. We enjoyed the rooftop pool a lot. The room was comfy and spacious. Would definitely return to stay again.
