"We did have a room with a beach view and the view was beautiful.
Wifi signal was so weak, it did not work in our room on the 6th floor, nor at the pool, just outside the building. Don't go to this hotel if wifi is needed. Also bring your own beach towels. They do provide pool towels (if you are lucky enough to get one) but you are not allowed to use them at the beach. "

"I wasn't there for shopping or work. I needed a good bed, clean shower and coffee early! No coffee pot in the room, office with old small coffee pot not open until 7 a.m. Shower/bath had spots of mold and attempts at a safety handle was in the wrong place etc. I had trouble getting to sleep and woke up with a sore back each night/morning of my stay. I did not see a live employee the entire time I was there. The only presence (I was out by 9:30a.m. and not back until 7 p.m. each day) is on a screen in the lobby and they had trouble communicating with me. I do have minor hearing problem but it has never been aa problem in real person to person communication or even on the phone. I f this is the new trend in 'affordable' hotel accommodations, I will be camping."

"Room was not the cleanest (spray from something in the ceiling) the grotto was closed along with the beach bar and we got no discounts on our stay even though that info was not posted or give. To use prior to booking. Also they charge for parking nothing in the booking about this. It’s an okay place but disappointing stay to say the least. "

"We had an enjoyable stay! Our hotel room was great as we had a Gulf view. The hotel restaurant food was absolutely delicious and the entire hotel staff was amazing. I plan to return to the Hilton Gardens Inn. Thank you for an excellent stay!!"
