"I am appalled that Hotels.com would have this horrible place on their site! I would like a refund as I could not even sleep in the room! The bed was really hard and made clucking noise whenever I moved on it. I had to hang two towels over the front window curtains to block out the light as there were only sheer curtains on the windows. The lock was only a simple door knob lock and as a strange man was grilling his supper right outside my door in front of his door, I was worried the door would now be enough to stop anyone from breaking in! There was not even a bar of soap to wash my hands! I booked this as I believe most people do by looking at the pictures. They showed a pretty pond and nice outside areas, none of this was there! The property was extremely run down and did not seem safe. I will never use hotels.com and unless reimbursed, will tell everyone I know, that they have bad hotels on their site and do not care about their customers! Lynda Yankovich "

"Never had breakfast in the restaurant. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Salmon dinner was cooked to my perfection. Waitress needs training and should help customers instead of staying on her phone. Sadly, my husband and I were the only ones in the restruant and she left us sitting, never once checked on us. I had to get up and walk over to the bar where she remained to get our ketchup. I had to ask her for silver wear for my husbands food. I had to ask her to remove the first set of dinner plates that sat in front of us the entire time empty. My husband joined up with me about 10 minutes later and we shared my plate of food. After wards he ordered his own. And, the waitress just left those empty dinner plates just sitting there in front of us. She really needs proper training, and if she has had proper training thats worst. She just don't care about serving customers and is in the wrong work field."

"Disrupted by group of 18 y/o at 630am Saturday morning, girls having verbal arguments in hallway, not calming down, cursing, screaming, it was a mess. Staff tried to intervene but ended up calling police, 3 cars had to respond. Incident when on for over an hour, woke up everyone on 4th floor. Not the way wife and I intended to celebrate her birthday, made us nervous about things."

"Very comfortable stay. Nice clean room. Bed slept well. Good breakfast that wasn’t Continental. Pleasant staff at front desk and very pleasant lady who was in charge of breakfast. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, grocery and convenient stores. Also close to the casino. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family!"

"This place is digusting. Do not stay here unless you have no other choice. It smells terrible. We were in the room for an hour and both had an allergic reaction. They refused to refund the money and we are now fighting to get some of it back. Bad experience. "
