The room was soooo very clean and well appointed. It was extra large due to it being an accessible room, as was the bathroom. The only thing I would change is how rough the towels are, and the coffee downstairs in the restaurant was bitter (regular brew). The breakfast menu was very nice, our food was very tasty, and I loved having juice in stemware. Haha

We always choose this hotel when staying in Ft Wayne. It is constantly clean, and staff is always kind and helpful. This time was an especially good experience, as the room was nice and cool upon arrival. (It was horribly hot outside.) We also got free breakfast, as the restaurant was closed for a holiday. My complaints are that the bathroom exhaust fan did not work this time, and the mini fridge is never very cold. Otherwise, always a great stay.

The only complaint that we had was the water never got hot in the sink - just luke warm. We did not use the showers, so don't know if they were the same way. Also, the fridge was set so high that all our food froze. And also this morning instead of the heat staying on, the air conditioning turned on and we couldn't get it to shut off, so we just turned it up really high to stop it from running. But the motel is just beautiful and the room was amazing and we said that we want to come back when we can stay for pleasure and not to be near the hospital. I would highly recommend this place!! Just beautiful! And clean and attention to detail!! Felt very safe and secure.
