"The pull out bed had dirt and crumbs all over it. The shower had hardwater stains on the floor and scum on the door. The air conditioner in the room was extremely clogged up with dust, but even if it wasn’t, one of the beds blocked the air conditioner so you couldn’t even feel it on the other side of the room. The pool floor was extremely slippery, the water was a bit cold and with it opening at 10am, kids didn’t get to swim before check out at 11am. The breakfast was pretty good though."

"We stayed there for the Sat/Sun Tincaps games. After checking in, we went to put our things our room (213) and then went to the roof top bar before going to the game. When we came back to our room that evening, we noticed that the blinds didn’t go up or down. There was no shampoo in the shower and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned after the last person who stayed because there was long black hair in it. While downstairs getting breakfast, I used the restroom in the lobby and it was dirty and had trash on the floor. When checking out, the front desk person was less than friendly and made me feel like I was interrupting her. I explained about the shampoo and window shades and she again seemed like I was interrupting her morning. My sister-in-law had booked this hotel for the next Sat/Sun Tincaps game we are going to in July, but after this experience we cancelled that booking are will stay somewhere else!"

"The desk staff were great. Breakfast was very good. Evening social event was very nice. That's at far as it goes for compliments. Our room was terrible.....filthy, torn carpeting; bathroom sink drain didn't work; door wouldn't close tightly in the bathroom; shower rings were broken, so the shower curtain was just hanging in some areas.; closet door wasn't on the track correctly, which made it hard to open and close; shelf in the closet was about to fall; furniture was disgusting, so we used bath towels to cover it while we sat on the couch. The WORSE thing was the MOLD around the bathtub. It was disgusting. The place could be very nice. However, it really needs massive work in the rooms to make it presentable."

"The rooms were clean, but not to holiday in standards. We also had an issue with not getting the room we reserved. The pool was out when we got there. We were not notified when the pool was ready. Pancakes for breakfast was not an option considering the machine was broken also, the bacon was all broken into crumbles and the eggs were burnt and for some people who have to be on at seven due to appointment, etc. I feel you should offer them breakfast as well maybe try 6:30 AM on the weekend so all of your guests can have breakfast not what I would expect from a Holiday Inn express and suites."
