The staff were outstanding…friendly, gracious and helpful. Beds were comfortable and the bedding was clean and in good condition. Shower water pressure was the best I’ve experienced in a long time and lots of hot water. Free parking. The views are stunning. Hotel isn’t new and needs some TLC. We had one meal in the restaurant and it was great. Location was perfect for the day trips we took around the area. Would certainly recommend.

Set in a lovely location by the Loch.
Room was big, good size shower room. Lots of tea, coffee and milk. :)
Building looked tired, grounds unkempt. Musky smell in bedroom, had to keep windows slightly open. No view from window due to overgrowth of plants/weeds

Definitely needs some updating! Bed was not comfortable. Had a cute little sitting area by the windows looking over the water but the lights didn’t work in it. The upstairs halls smelled of cigarette smoke, but that may have been from guests in another room that were not complying with the non smoking policy. On the positive side, the food in the restaurant was delicious. I had the curry and it was excellent! And they had a good bottle of Malbec to go with it. The staff
were very nice and attentive. The view from the hotel is right over the Loch which is lovely. Hopefully they will fix the place up a bit as the location is good and the views are gorgeous.
Pro: location/views, staff, lots of common area, restaurant ok. The first room we got was bad, the second room was more spacious.
Con: the hotel needs a good refreshment, would not take a major investment. Good cleaning, a fresh paint everywhere. This could get the moisture smell out of the place. At the price they charge, they have the money to do it.

Easy parking, right on the loch. Nice quiet hotel, a little dated however served its purpose for our 2 night stay near Fort William. Staff were very welcoming and helpful, food at the restaurant at the hotel was very nice and worth going for dinner. Highlight of our stay was the wide windows and views of the loch from our room. No e car charger on site however nearest one was 10min drive away at Ballachulish. Location wise it is excellent - near Glencoe and Glen Etive. Would gladly stay here again
Downside - no lifts in the hotel but thankfully we packed light so it was not a problem for us.
Nice comfortable and clean overnight stay. If you have any need for internet don't come here. Otherwise we had a large comfortable room with a large bath. The bed was super firm and old but we were very tired. The burger food truck just next door is awesome. As mentioned the internet is super slow whether in the lobby or room. There is no lift so be prepared to carry bags up. Also safety note: if you plan to be driving to/from Glasgow at night (or even in daylight) be super careful. Many deer just along the roadway and we saw at least 4 dead road kill driving in the early morning to Glasgow.
Lovely hotel in a good location. Staff very friendly and helpful, rooms were comfortable with great views of the loch. Food in the restaurant was excellent, would recommend!
Room smelled moldy, there were multiple carpet stains - from water maybe? bathroom did not appear clean, towels were thread bare, twin beds were not comfortable
but staff was kind and helpful!
My wife and I were stranded motorists at a nearby auto park with a flat tire, awaiting help from a local garage. The staff from the hotel picked us up and brought us to the lodge, then later, returned me to pick up the car. Above and beyond hospitality!

For a hotel with an amazing view our room looked out over the back of the property and of the garbage. Our reservation didn’t include dinner or breakfast but the restaurant menu looked just average. The bed was smaller than expected and only one pillow per person. The room was okay for the price but I wish we had stayed somewhere else and paid more.

Very good location and beautiful vue to the lack. Breakfast is very, very basic . Big downside, time for breakfast (from 8 to 9) which is quite inconvenient if you are relaxing on holidays, and specially when there are no other places close by. Staff is friendly and helpful.
The view of the Loch from the room was beautiful. The hotel was in need of serious updates. No elevator and had to drag suitcases up 3 flights of stairs without help. Staff was not very friendly.
