Ive never wanted to leave a hotel sooner. Where to start... I stayed at this Best Western for 5 nights. They didnt clean my room once. I even specifically talked to the front desk 3 times about it, requesting for the rokm to be cleaned. I found multiple roaches and large spiders in the bathroom. The toilet did not flush properly and at all times smelt rancid. Something was wrong with the plumbing. Most of the lights in the room did not work. There were about 5 lamps and only 2 turned on. People were running and yelling in the hallways at 4am for 2 night straight. The sink only ran piping hot water. I could not wait to leave, worst hotel experience ever.

Wouldn’t have been so bad if the staff had more control over the guest. People drinking and smoking weed in the pool area and in the pool. Definitely wasn’t a scene for family and kids that are traveling. Then couples fist fighting in the hall ways during our stay. In fact right outside our door. They left there comb and eye lashes and part of there hair in the hallway! Nice! People pay for a nice stay but end up having to hear that mess. People should grow up.

Nice room. Clean and quiet. Extremely good black out curtains which I love. Staff was friendly and courteous. I did not like that there are lots of homeless walking around and living under the bridge right by the hotel. This is not the fault of the hotel however I was worried about my car the whole time. Lots of construction going on as well.
