This was a very pleasant stay. From check in to check out. Centrally located , ease of access to the main highways. A lot of food options near the stay. Pleasant staff. Amazing free breakfast every morning. Unfortunately it was too cold to use the pool BUT would have loved to otherwise.

Room was clean. Staff was great. Breakfast had everything you could possibly want. The shuttle to Billy Bobs was so convenient. Rashad our shuttle drive was great. Had us laughing the whole shuttle ride. I definitely recommend this place and we will be back.

A nice place to say but had to juggle different cable tv controls with staff to get things working. The carpet could have used a bit more vacuuming also. The rooms are spacious with a large living and office area — and that was great! Overall — it’s a place we would return to.

Overall, this was a standard low budget hotel, which was fine, as we were there for the stock show and did not spend much time there. It was surface clean, they did not clean under furniture ECT, just the visible surfaces. They did not offer rooms to be cleaned unless asked for, which looking back is a blessing. Our real issue began when my Wife realized about 1-2 hours after we left, she left her i watch in the room. She called immediately and was placed on hold and ignored 3-4 times well over 15 minutes in duration. When I called the receptionist told me they did not find it and that it was relayed to my wife. I replied, "you never told her it was not found, hence the reason I am calling". I explained she left at 8 AM, Me and my daughter left at 8:30 and the watch was in the room and turned off at 8:53 its last ping on the Find App. I asked who had access to the room. He stated that the manager the cleaning/maintenance crew and himself. I then asked if it was there after we left and that staff was the only other people with access and no other guest had checked in where is our watch? He then became very aggressive and asked if I was accusing him of stealing the watch, to which I stated yes unless you have a better explanation. He did not and became very hostile and asked if I expected him to pay for it, to which I replied no I expect you to do what is right and return the watch. His response was you will have to file a police report. I have filed one.

Our room keys stopped working on Sunday and we had to go multiple times to the front desk to have them reset. We had no hot water from Sunday until we checked out on Tuesday and when we asked about the situation we were met with no answers. We had to go to another hotel were relatives were staying just to shower. This is unacceptable. When I asked about checking out early, we were told we would still be charged the full amount which did not seem right to me. I would like something to be done to rectify this situation.
