The shades were dirty but overall makes sense with the price
The hotel was clean and rooms were ready upon arrival. The staff was helpful and friendly. They could improve on the breakfast food items but overall it was a great stay.
The room was clean. Breakfast was great and replenished timely. The only issue was parking the first night, which was Saturday. Several trucks were taking up two spots and the restaurants and other businesses were packed making parking almost nonexistent. While I understand the hotel can’t fix all of those problems, there should be a struck “no double parking” policy.
Very clean and enjoyable hotel. It was a little difficult to figure out the temperature control. (Worked out better to use the A/C instead of the heat.) Breakfast had good options and walking distance to great food and fun options. Pluckers has incredible wings! Will definitely come back.
The room was extremely spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff were very accommodating. I slept amazingly well and truly enjoyed my stay. The breakfast wasn't too bad either. Then the you factor in the price and I most assuredly give this place a 5 star rating.
I have to say this is one of the nicest reasonably priced hotels in Fort Worth. We tend to stay in this area of town when we come to visit my mom, and this was our first time at this hotel. We will be back!
We requested 2 extra pillows and they did not want to provide it to us, because apparently there were 2 extra in a piece of furniture. Yes there were, but dirty. In general, everything was dirty, although at first glance it looked clean, it was not like that.
Bedside lamp was out.
Room phone did not work.
Iron was stained and ruined a pair of dress pants.
Asked for replacement iron and it had same problem.
Hotel didn't care about issue and made no attempt to fix.
Couldn't get printed receipt at hotel.

Brian, I'm so sorry for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay, it is absolutely our responsibility to correct the wrongs when they brought to our attention. I will be following up with you my team on what happened. As for your receipt, unfortunately; we are not able to provide receipts for reservations book through third party, expedia is to provide you a receipt after you've made prepaid for your reservation.
My wife had surgery the day before. We have stayed at this group of hotels before, this particular hotel was very clean they had everything we needed in room. We were very well satisfied and will return next time we are in the area.
We checked in at 12 am and they had no room available. I even did the early checkin! So disappointed and angry!

Vivian, We apologize for the inconvience this caused you. You did have a reservation with that you reserved through third party, and unfortunately the credit card used to book your stay, declined. When the card does not go through we make sure to reach out to the guest or to the third party to get in contact with them. In this case, they were contacted to reach out to you and it was confirmed that they did try to reach you but had no luck. At that point, the hotel manager has to release the reservation because the reservation was not gauranteed due to the credit card we had on file and we hadn't heard back from third party on if they've reached you.
