Very clean room and hotel. Wish bedding was a little thicker we were very cold. Breakfast was simple pretty okay. Pool was a little murky which made my kids uneasy but I told them it was fine and it was warm which was a plus! I will say that the guy that wears a jacket was the absolute worst part of our stay… I had 7 people two rooms and we have little kids who played with keys. When I had an upset toddler and went to re activate the keys ( didn’t lose them they kept deactivating) he told us that this is the 4th time that he has had to do this and we are not responsible and we need to do better while I had a crying toddler and tired son and it takes 19 seconds to re activate the keys. While I spent 45 min lobby playing with kids to keep them entertained he had stepped out of the lobby several times to smoke a cigarette, everytime I showed back up to the hotel he was smoking a cig, leaving the lobby unattended while people waited since only 1 person seemed to work at the time. Overall experience was great minus the fact that the guy was a jerk to a family and large party like his job was such an inconvenience for him and I was a bother.
