L'albergo Viscardo si trova in ottima posizione e grazie alle biciclette messe a disposizione degli ospiti si raggiungono facilmente sia la spiaggia che il centro del paese. Il personale è molto gentile e la pulizia accurata. Iniziare la giornata con la colazione servita nel loro giardino è stato molto gradevole. Se dovessi tornare a Forte dei Marmi tornerei all'hotel Viscardo.

Pessima gestione, si sono presentate altre persone che hanno utilizzato la mia prenotazione, quando sono arrivato la mia camera era occupata da sconosciuti. La risposta "succede spesso" una vergogna. Camere Piccole pulizia scarsa e di certo non in linea con le norme per il corona virus. Pessimo, sconsiglio di prenotare per non avere bruttissime sorprese o rischiare di non avere la stanza.

Quand 4 étoiles n’en valent que 2

Il faut se méfier de la cotation 4 étoiles Cet hôtel dans d’autres pays arriverait péniblement à 2 étoiles!!! Le personnel est parfait mais la chambre était triste et aménagée dans les années 70/80 Quand à la salle de bain c’était absolument déplorable , une douche minuscule avec un pommeau de douche d’origine et plein de calcaire, un repose serviette ne tenant qu’ appuyer sur le mur , aucune tablette, aucun espace au-dessus du lavabo Une simple petite tablette au dessus des wc Une seule solution ... tout casser et tout refaire Mention spéciale au petit balcon accessible uniquement par .. la salle de bain, pour un supplément de 50 euros par jour( plus 300 pour la chambre je vous laisse apprécier) Un dernier commentaire pour le petit déjeuner digne d’un centre de vacances pour adolescents, aucun charme , sans qualité et avec un pain en béton armé ( le dernier jour de dépit je suis allé à la boulangerie ) Le Viscardo doit envisager une restructuration lourde ou supprimer deux de ses étoiles par respect pour ses clients
