"Check in with Gabriel was excellent but when transferred to Savoia the woman checking us in was negative and told me that Gabriel did not tell us we had free breakfast which he did and we did after going rounds with her and her calling others to protect her charging for breakfast. Not a good start at a 5 star property."

"The property is new and very clean. The amenities are nice. Simone was super friendly and helped us with many questions. Honestly, the rest of the staff, not so much. The area is nice for walking around despite the busy traffic. Everything closes at 8 except fine restaurants that you need a reservation for. Highly recommend the hotel but don’t think we’ll return Genoa."

"Breakfast is amazing! Staff was great. Andre at the front desk was very helpful with recommendations and booking dinner reservations. We were a family of 8 with 3 rooms. The hotel is in a great location to shops, dining and transportation. Highly recommend staying here. "

"Great location, friendly and helpful staff, and clean and comfortable bedroom (ask for one on back of building for less noise). The only minor complaint is a mold stain in the shower, which should be removed."

"Very pleasant hotel in Genova. We took our aperitivo to the 7th floor to terrace for a spritz with a view. The room was spacious and calm."
