"⭐⭐⭐⭐ Beautiful property, but a few things to know before you book The Sofitel Carrasco is a stunning hotel with elegant decor and a great location. The rooms are very comfortable and the beds feel like sleeping on a cloud — truly exceptional. The location is wonderful and easy to get around from during the day. However, there are a few things worth mentioning for fellow travelers. For a hotel at this price point, it is disappointing that breakfast is not included — you would expect that to come standard at these rates. The lobby staff, while the property is beautiful, came across as quite dry and unhelpful. When I needed assistance with a passport situation and didn't have it physically on me, instead of finding a smooth solution I was asked to send the document via WhatsApp, which felt unprofessional for a 5-star property. One more tip for travelers — at night, be cautious with your surroundings regardless of the hotel's upscale setting, as the area warrants some awareness. Overall a beautiful stay with a fantastic bed, but service and pricing transparency could be improved. "

"The room was clean, the staff was welcoming, and the breakfast featured a solid selection of pastries, cereals, and eggs. The property is set in a lovely park-like environment and is very convenient to the airport. However, the hotel feels dated and in need of maintenance. The shower head was partially clogged, resulting in an uneven spray, and the grab bar in the shower was loose and pulling away from the wall, making it unsafe to use. Additionally, the elevators were quite noisy and sounded as though they require servicing."

"Beautiful bed and breakfast. We loved the attic room. So spacious with comfy king bed, wooden stove, cast iron soaking tub. Staff were fantastic, owners welcoming. Even provided room service or we can dine in restaurant. Lovely garden and pool. Will be returning . "
