"La literie, notamment celle du dessus, mériterait au minimum une vérification visuelle. Il est difficile de se reposer sur le serement, surtout lorsqu'il y a un doute sur la propreté des draps (présence de taches). Cela éviterait de dormir dans des conditions inconfortables. Au vu du prix, nous ne nous attendions pas à assisté à des prestations haut de gamme. Cependant, un nettoyage un peu plus régulier du sol et des rebords de fenêtres serait appréciable, ainsi qu'un entretien plus approfondi de la cabine de douche, notamment sous les poubelles. On pense que le personnel d'entretien ne dispose pas de suffisamment de temps pour effectuer un nettoyage complet. Peut-être serait-il utile de proposer aussi de quoi nettoyer soi-même dans la chambre. Nous remercions toutefois l'hôtel Kyriad pour son accueil à notre arrivée, pour avoir réglé rapidement le problème de carte démagnétisée, ainsi que pour le prêt de deux coussins supplémentaires pour la deuxième nuit, ce qui nous a permis de mieux dormir. PS : Il serait également utile de rappeler les règles de silence aux clients. L'hôtel était assez bruyant après 23h, ce qui peut être gênant, surtout quand des enfants essaient de se reposer."

"We recently had a three-night stay at this hotel. The location between Pontoise and Cergy-Pontoise made it possible to easily access the train station in either location without a problem. This property is also about a 15-minute walk from the 3 Fontaines shopping center. We arrived quite late on our first night, but the night watchman let us in and checked us in cordially and efficiently. He made sure that we could access the wifi and that all of our questions had been answered. We were greeted warmly for breakfasts. They were very good, offering both a few hot items and a variety of cold items. Everything was well organized, and the dining area was calm while we were there. Our room was small, but everything in it worked, and it had been satisfactorily cleaned. The only issue we had was with the shower. It was difficult to climb in and out over the side of a bathtub without any safety equipment. Also, when taking a shower, water leaked out from under the glass surrounding the shower. "
