"My husband and I stayed here prior to a cruise. We stayed in a junior suite that was absolutely wonderful and very clean. The breakfast was amazing. Couldnโt have a nicer staff. We also ate at the restaurant at night located in the hotel and the food and the waiter/waitress staff was wonderful. Unfortunately, the hotel is not close to much of anything except the cruise port that you get the shuttle to."

"Perfect hotel - Booked this hotel due to its position as it was perfect for where we were going. The hotel was easy to find and the parking was next to the hotel - good for motorcyclist. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was spotless and comfortable. The staff recommended and booked a table at the local restaurant which was perfect - and had a 10% discount for Hotel guests. Breakfast again was first class and I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"We just stayed one night before our cruise departing from the port of Ravenna. We arrived by train on a hot saturday afternoon, departing on sunday afternoon. The hotel is very close to the train station. Staff at the front desk were amazingly helpful, telling us how to get to a restaurant while avoiding the hot sun, and arranging transportation for us from the hotel to the cruise port - a big deal because there is no available public transit, few taxis, and no transportation provided by the cruise line. They had to make a significant effort to find a way to get us to the port, and we really appreciate that they took the time and made the effort to ensure we'd get to the port on time. Good continental breakfast provided with helpful staff for breakfast too. Overall a wonderful experience that met all our needs."
