My only complaint is that the hot tub was not working. This was especially disappointing for me as I specifically searched for a hotel with a hot tub so I could soak, so I was not too pleased to see that it was out of order."

"The staff went above expectations to provide a personal touch for our stay. They were friendly, provided recommendations in the area for walking and dining and offered assistance in our room (a nightlight and ADA accommodations). The staff checked with us to see that we had what we needed, making the stay very pleasant. The room temperature was appropriate and could be adjusted by us. The indoor pool was nice to have, but on one occasion was too cold for our liking. If you plan to use the pool, I suggest letting the manager know the day ahead of time to be sure the temperature is set to your comfort level. We may stay here again if we return to the area to visit."

I was late getting down at 9:55 a.m. and the desk gal said “Take as much time as you need; I can wait.“ So kind to accommodate me."
