"The air conditioning was. It working in my room and the heating was constantly on meaning the room was like a sauna. I had the window open most of the time but the noise from the road outside was loud. I reported this for exception who said they would send a technician but this made no difference. The overall standard of the rooms is poor and shabby"

"Lovely hotel right next to the airport, clean with amazing customer service. We came well before check in time, which was very kind of them. The receptionist also told us how to get transportation to city centre and Trier. For a quick stopover in Luxembourg highly recommended it"

"Fantastic, fun hotel in the midst of Kirchberg, 2 minutes walk from Philhamonie tram stop, 16 minutes from the airport and 10 into the Grund. Very quirky, with lots of little touches and an excellent bar. Sunday brunch is a must, as is the boulangerie, which serves excellent coffee and a range of delicious pastries. You must try the raspberry croissant - it's sublime! Highly recommended. We will most definitely be back!"

"Hotel was good . it's located beside the tram line ,which is good and bad . the public transport is free so you can take the tram from the airport or the train station to the hotel at no cost . but you do feel the rumble of the tram line in the room . It's a quiet area ,not much around but only about 7 min by tram to old town ( which looks kind of new) .I'd stay again ."

"Travel on public transport throughout Luxembourg is brilliant and free. Park your car at this hotel and never touch it until you leave. Facilities are very good, food a little expensive, but get yourself out and about and return later for a relaxing swim etc. Rooms are of good size and comfortable without having to be too clever or modern including mini fridge and safe in room. Breakfast will last you all day, if you want, and your body can take it, with good all round selection. Car park is huge, but can get busy as they hold many large events."
