"Well it all started with checking in. My boyfriend was be sarcastic when the man asked if we had pets and he said yeah my girlfriend. He literally gave back his id and credit card and said no pets. He said i was kidding around. Well then the man proceeded with all attitude. Then to get to our room and it was just dirty and a lot of thungs broke and stuff that needed to be updated. The smoke alarm non stop beeped. The most annoying thing ever. Well then all you heard all night long for hours was someone opening and shutting their door. At 230 3am I finally called the front desk about it. The lady says i see no one in the hall. Well it wasn't like they were going in and out it was more like they were trying to make us mad and doing it purposely. Well it finally stops at like 4am. Finally get to go to sleep. The hotel phone rings and its the front desk mad cause we unplugged the smoke detector and was going to charge us 150. Well my boyfriend said im sorry all I did was disconnect it so i will reconnect it now I'm sorry about that. So he plugs it all back in and guess what no more sleep for me cause i can't sleep with that beeping like it was. We stay here like every weekend and they have raised their prices and the place has went to crap. I have pictures im going to attach so you can see some of how this room was. I think we deserve a night on you guy's for everything."

"The hotel and room was clean. The staff was great. The only issue I had was the breakfast was basically non-existent besides cereal, mandarin oranges and apples, honey buns and bread. There was a microwave but what for when there was nothing to be heated and there are microwaves in the room. "

"The ONLY pro is that the bed was comfortable. Cons: The room was old and in desperate need of an update. The furniture looked like it came from a garage sale. Had to kill a large beetle looking bug in the bathroom. The shower had ZERO water pressure, to the point the rain would have been a better option. The walls are paper thin. Which leads to the next point. While this wasnt the hotel's fault. The couple in the room next to me (on both nights) decided to blast the TV all night. On the last night I complained to the management and while they attempted to contact the room directly, The couple either refused to answer or werent there. After another hour I decided to complain again, running into the young 20 something girl that was staying in the room as she was walking tot he door. I told her she needed to turn the TV off since she had it blaring at 4AM, she proceeded to yell at me about respect and minding my own business then slammed the door. a few min Later heard her and her boyfriend yelling at each other, then the boyfriend arguing with management, then back to yelling at each other. But they at least they turned the TV off. Think i got maybe 7 hours of sleep between the last 2 nights. Overall it was a horrible experience and wont ever stay here again. "
