Nice property, clean and felt inviting. Front desk clerk must have been new. He forgot to have us sign paper and provide credit card. All good. Ended up getting a call to go back to front desk. Very nice hotel.

We are a retired couple from Ontario who come to Fox Creek to visit our daughter and grandchildren. This was our 2nd time at the TimberRidge and it doesn’t disappoint. Staff are friendly, the place is clean, rooms are cozy with very comfortable beds and they have an amazing breakfast!! Would definitely returned.

Housekeeping woke me at 5AM when announcing entering an adjacent room. This need not be done - just knock and enter. Could be a little embarrassing but keep from waking other guests at that hour. Desk clerk refused to issue a receipt when checking out since I had booked with Expedia, even though I paid on-site. Expedia states that hotel is responsible to issue the receipt if paid on-site. Had to call the next day to get a receipt issued, which they did quickly.

I reserved a jacuzzi room 5 days in advance and when I showed up they gave me a room with a kitchenette instead because they gave the room to other guests behind our back. It was only a 1 night stay and we did not need a kitchenette whatsoever. They offered no compensation or price reduction. The jacuzzi room was the only reason I chose to stay at that hotel.

I chose Timber Ridge because this hotel was the only one located away from the main highway. It was an overnight stop on a long trip. The hotel was very nicely decorated, room was large and quiet. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again next time we travel that way.

Best hotel in Fox.
Check in was fast and welcoming. The rooms are well lit and very clean. The cookies are definitely a welcomed bonus as well as the delicious breakfast. The staff really make this place special

Great stay, clean, comfortable, very friendly check in. Bonus was the evening snack/dinner! Monday was pizza, grabbed a slice. Great breakfast options, good coffee service in the lobby.

Staff were very pleasant and quick on check in/out. Continental breakfast was very good with lots of selection. Bed and room very comfortable with a great sized fridge in the Junior Suite. Would definitely come back if we were in the area again.

The bed was very comfortable, the A/C was great, the staff were very friendly, the suite felt spacious. I brought my small dog and that’s okay there - there was a green space for him to use the washroom. Best place I’ve stayed in Fox Creek

Nicest hotel in Fox Creek!
Check in was fast and easy! Fresh, warm baked cookies available and they were a delicious and welcomed treat! The room was huge, clean and very comfortable! Even with COVID, they’re providing ample breakfast choices and free! They also do free supper for guests on Wednesdays! Definitely stay here again when in town for work!

Started good. Ended bad.
Pro: easy check in . Had a long drive and had to stop since the roads were so dangerously slippery. Quick check in and they left out soft homemade cookies . Con: housekeeper came into my room at 7:30am. Startled me , and left me flustered and in a panic as I rushed to cover myself up and having to yell out to the housekeeper to shut the door. When I voiced my complaint , front desk never got back to me on why someone would go into my room at 7:30am. I checked out after my morning meeting , and went to follow up and this was my response : “ sorry m’am- she’s new “ I left even more upset. It doesn’t take training to know to knock. And I feel like communication was lost between front desk and housekeeping regarding occupied rooms. 🙄

Great place to stay!!
Amazing experience! Theyre not giving up on amenities through covid like some other hotels Ive stayed in, this is the only hotel Ive been to that still does a hot delish breakfast during covid! (Take away to your room of course). There was also great coffee and occassional treats in the lobby for guests. My husband would start his truck in the mornings and go get a coffee while it warmed up. Super friendly staff, they double checked if I needed another night the morning I was checking out, because the weather had been bad. Very clean halls and rooms! With really nice shampoos and such as well (I had forgotten mine).

This is a beautiful hotel! It’s clean and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home. I had a very busy and stressful day and going to my room was very peaceful and relaxing . The room was wonderful, clean and quite. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful.

I stayed for 5 days for work. Rooms are nice and clean. Larger mini fridge with freezer. Good shower pressure. Bed was comfy. Staff was very friendly and the grab and go breakfast was great. Would definitely stay again.
