"Property is out of date and facilities look neglected. No AC in the lobby and it was 80 degrees. Lots of hand prints all over the elevator. Random guests wandering the lobby at 9pm. Noise in our room from other guests from above. Furniture was dirty and beat up. Linens looked old and worn."
