"Our stay was excellent. Beautiful cottage in an excellent location, close to Castlebar with good road connections for touring the beautiful county of Mayo. The hosts Declan and Laura are very welcoming and very accommodating. Absolutely lovely people. A real genuine "Cead Mile Failte" is felt here. We will definately return to stay at Cherry Tree Cottage, that is for sure! Derek Hanley, and family Dublin."

"La dame est très gentille, elle donne tous les renseignements que nous lui demandons mais la note de 8/10 pour l’établissement ne correspond en rien à l’état des lieux. Deux chambres sont correctes si on ne regarde pas le ménage, la troisième chambre avec salle de bain, la robinetterie du lavabo ne fonctionne pas. "This was a quick overnight stay while we visited Westport. Hilary greeted us at check-in and was very nice. She was also very helpful with providing us with taxi information. The property is about a mile and a half from the shops and restaurants, so we walked into town, then took a cab back later after shopping, dinner, pints, and music. The property is well maintained, with easy parking in the yard. The room was immaculate and very comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a pleasant atmosphere in the dining room. We will definitely stay here again and will recommend it highly. "
