Tivemos problemas com infestação de baratas e insetos em todo o quarto..meus filhos sofreram com alergias devido o veneno que foi colocado no quarto problemas com agua e TV ...

Gutes Hotel die sich mit wenig zufrieden geben.

Das Hotel ist für alle die eine saubere (brasilianische Verhältnisse) Unterkunft zum schlafen brauchen sehr gut geeignet. Der Stadtbus fährt direkt vor dem Haus ab mit guter Anbindung in alle Richtungen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Hotel con publicidad engañosa

Las fotografías de las habitaciones no corresponden a la realidad. El personal no está al pendiente en el lobby y tuvimos que esperar para que nos abrieran la puerta a la calle, además de que no asearon el cuarto. El agua de la regadera era o muy caliente o helada y el olor de las habitaciones es desagradable. No hubo luz un día entero ni wifi. El desayuno es suficiente.

Péssimo hotel e setor de reservas age de má fé

Péssimo hotel! Cheguei com minha familia e me colocaram num quarto que nao era nada parecido com as fotos! O quarto nao fechava a porta... a chave nao virava, a tv nao tinha nenhum canal pegando e a cama era dura igual uma pedra...o armario ficava quase trancando o acesso do banheiro. Solicitei uma troca de quarto e nos colocaram em um quarto para duas pessoas sendo que reservei um quarto para três. Tive que sair as 23h da noite atrás de outro hotel com uma crianca de 2 anos. Como a reserva foi feita através do site do Expedia o hotel ainda alegou que não iria fazer o reembolso pois era apenas o controle remoto do quarto que não funcionava. Agiram de muito má fé!

Pior hoteldo Brasil,e site Hoteis pouco confiável

Foi terrível, chegamos lá e colocaram a gente em um quarto que não tinha nada haver com o da foto do anúncio. O dono não queria resolver nosso problema e tivemos que chamar a polícia, só com a presença da polícia ele resolveu nos dando outro quarto. Porém os quartos eram todos sujos e com mal odores de esgoto e mofo, roupa de cama suja, baratas e aranhas, sabonetes aberto no box e banheiro entupido, ninguém desentupiu nosso banheiro e ficamos toda a estadia sem usá-lo, até o frigobar tinha mal odor. Foi de longe o pior hotel que ficamos na vida. Sem falar no café da manhã que dava nojo de ver.

Hotel horrível

Pior experiência possivel, estamos no hotel desde domingo. No check in não tinham toalhas disponivel no quarto, no outro dia não tinha chuveiro funcionando estamos até hj hospedados num quarto e tomando banho no quarto dos amigos ao lado, quarto sujo,cama horrível .. ontem acabou o café da manhã em 30 min, e não houve reposicao, somos tratados com desdenho pelo pessoal da recepção!!! Ouvi e presencie outros hóspedes reclamando!!
