"This hotel is disgusting—infested with cockroaches and countless other insects. It smelled foul, reeking of filth and cigarette smoke—despite the fact that I had specifically requested a non-smoking room. On top of that, the windowpane was cracked. I had barely opened the door when the place struck me as something out of a horror movie. It was, without a doubt, the worst lodging experience I have ever had—absolutely repulsive. The receptionist was very kind and offered to switch my room; however, when I opened the door to the first one and saw what looked like a nest of cockroaches, I went into a full-blown anxiety attack. Honestly, considering what the hotel promised, I feel completely ripped off. That is why I decided to leave and did not spend the night there."

"We had to get this reservation at the last minute because another hotel's "reservation" was not honored when we got there. This hotel was about the same price, and much nicer than the one we'd previously arranged. The breakfast was adequate, the room was clean, the staff was extra helpful even with our late arrival (we got there at 11 PM). The amenities (bed, pillows, shower, etc.) were what we expected. (We often stay at Quality hotels when we travel -- they seem to all be about the same "quality" with just minor differences). This Quality met the expectations."
