The room was clean, staff were friendly and accommodating. Valet was super helpful and stress free.

Omni Shoreham Hotel
Rooms are outdated and not as clean as I expected. Bar service was slow. Refrigerator did not work. Hammocks in the garden were not unkept and touched the ground, could not enjoy them.
