"Leider mangelt es an kompetenten Personal. Beim Frühstück verstand die junge Frau mangels Sprachkenntnissen in Deutsch und/oder Englisch nicht meine Fragen bezüglich des Frühstücks, an der Rezeption war es nicht möglich, eine Rechnung auf die korrekte Firmenadresse zu bekommen. "
