Leider hat das Hotel keine Parkplätze direkt am Haus und als Gast darf man nach 19.00 Uh nicht in der Innenstadt parken, d.h. man muss ausserhalb der Altstadt irgendwo parken. "Check in required extensive information on a tablet, passport numbers dates etc. Hard sell for 29 € breakfast every day. Hard sell to upgrade room 110€ extra. Impatient person behind me was engaged while I was still talking to the clerk. Extra staff in back would not assist. I had questions unanswered. Directions to room are incorrect. I carried many heavy pieces of luggage up staircases instead of being told the elevator went directly from the garage to our room. Signage for elevator doesn't exist. Staff don't even know it's there. No luggage rack in room. No phone in room to communicate. Walked back to front desk to ask for luggage rack which was declined but I could upgrade room for 110€ to get one. There is a tablet in the room you're supposed to use to communicate. It's in Deutsche so useless to us. Staff wasn't particularly friendly. Rarely saw a smile."

The location is amazing and the room spacious and very comfortable and clean."

"Clean spacious room, driving up the mountain to get there at night (was also really foggy) was a little precarious. We arrived late evening so the restaurant was no longer open and there is no place close by to get snacks or anything. Had drinks in the bar area which were really good but having a pizza oven or something to heat up or make some appetizers would have really made it better. Staff were very friendly"

"First and foremost, I liked the hotel and I WOULD stay again. It's a large hotel with a convenient basement car park. The Room and parts of the hotel were stylish and well furnished. The Restaurant was excellent. The breakfast was very good. Some bacon and lighter savouries e.g. croissants would have been welcomed. A larger duvet would have been helpful (in winter). The internet was terrible. Non-existent in my room and had to there off my phone. I was on a business trip, so this is of paramount importance to me. I reported it to the evening reception and they were fairly apathetic to my complaint. The morning reception team were concerned and said they would investigate. Assuming I had bad luck with a bad internet day, then I'd stay again."
