"Arrived to a sign in reception saying it is not manned and to ring the bell. Someone came after a short wait and booked me in. I paid extra for breakfast and was told my room was upstairs with key in the door. 2 flights of stairs and the room was clean and tidy. More like an apartment than a bedroom with kitchen and dining table. Nothing to allow you to have a hot drink such as milk or tea/coffee even though there is a fridge and kettle. "Basic hotel on the Gmunden see Nice breakfast in a very nice location."

"The staff was friendly and smiling. The breakfast was tasty and we appreciate that the staff checked regularly if we needed something. A big shopping centre was just a few steps from the hotel including supermarkets. We recommend this hotel without hesitation ❤"

"Great Castle Hotel with nice courtyard and amazing breakfast buffet. Helpful staff. We stayed in a nice large suite with 2 stories, one for each bedroom and bathroom and kids absolutely loved it Not too many dining options late in the evening so need to drive out of Mondsee for that but otherwise decent restaurants just minutes away."

"Great accommodation — modern, clean, and very spacious. Both the room and bathroom offered more space than you usually find in a hotel. I appreciated the high-quality, spotless materials (bed sheets, mattress, pillows, towels, etc.). Breakfast was not huge in variety (but all you need), but everything provided was fresh and of excellent quality. The location is also perfect, close to the city center and many restaurants."
