"Paying for parking when you are already paying couple hundred dollars a night is a joke. There are a set of steps from the parking area which which go buy the beach shop and then to the boardwalk or the beach. However people are allowed to park in front of the steps making access difficult especially ..."

"Usually, I love everything about this hotel but this last time, my daughter found like 5 black hairs on her pillow. She never said anything to me until we were leaving or I would have made them come in and change the sheets. My room appeared spotless."
