Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Strasse, war mir bekannt. Ich dachte und hoffte das nachts weniger Verkehr wäre. Schlafen bei offenen Fenster unmöglich. Dank eines Ventilators war es angenehmer. Der Service ist hervorragend. Saubere Zimmer und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Close to train station for a walkable 2 days in this city. Found the best beer on our trip . Krombacher . Neighborhood pub. We visited the hauffriedhof to see my opa's burial place. A bucket list event

Günstige Lage, angemessener Übernachtungspreis

Der Aufenthalt war angenehm. Das Personal hat uns freundlich empfangen und beim Frühstück zuvorkommend behandelt. Auch unser Hund wurde herzlich willkommen geheißen. Das Hotel ist mittleren Standards, die Lage ist günstig, der Preis angemessen.

It's just a short walk from the train station, so is quite easy to find. The room was very clean and spacious with good sound insulation from the traffic below. The breakfast was excellent at a reasonable price.

Great stop during our road trip

The Hotel was described well, so it matched our expectations and it was good enough for a good night sleep during our road trip. There is no front desk after 22:00 pm but we received a courtesy call and provided access to our room

Frühstück für10€ pro Person war unterirdisch! Da gibt es schöneres und mehr Auswahl zuhause! Nicht ansehnlich angerichtet. Kein Tisch war auch nur ansatzweise eingedeckt. 3 Sirten Wurst,1x Käse und aweisses Rührei. 4 mini Bouletten(fertig aus der Kühle vom Supermarkt . Nie wieder!!!!

Tolles Hotel. Empfehlenswert!

Sehr gute Unterkunft zum günstigen Preis. Zimmer top, sehr sauber, geschmackvoll und schlicht eingerichtet. Alles sehr ruhig, obwohl großes Hotel. Das Zimmer lag allerdings zum Hinterhof raus, vielleicht daher auch ruhiger, als zur Hauptstraße. Die Leute waren auch alle sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Gut ist auch, dass man Dank Briefkasten jederzeit anreisen kann. Besonders wichtig, es gibt einen riesigen Parkplatz, wichtig bei so einer zentralen Lage. Man kann auch zu Fuß in die Stadt laufen, ca 15 min. Frühstück habe ich nicht getestet. Das Hotel ist noch sehr neu, das heißt, es wird wohl innen als außen noch einiges gemacht. Das sieht man natürlich, also es wirkt noch etwas "steril". Hat mich aber überhaupt nicht gestört und ist nicht negativ gemeint. Nur ein Hinweis. Trotzdem ist das gesamte Haus sehr sauber, ordentlich und wie gesagt, Zimmer sind wirklich top! War sehr zufrieden und würde immer wieder anreisen

Works fine for a few nights

Hotel Palonia is a good hotel for one or a few nights. Situated quite close to both city centre and public transportation, it’s great for exploring the city. For what it was, I still found it to be a little on the expensive side: 65-70€ per night and not even a bottle of water in the hotel room. Also a bit noisy due to a road outside. Would still recommend for a shorter stay. Personell were polite as well.
