Enjoyable, relaxing stay
Comfortable suite. New hotel and decor tasteful , so in good condition. Not convenient without car although if enjoy walking in woods/park, which we do, is perfect.

The hotel was in the middle of nowhere so taxi had cost about €70 from/to the airport. The area was quite nice though and was pretty to look at in the snow, but due to where the hotel was situated, there was nothing to do. What I didn’t like was the fact we paid extra for early check in at 11am and then maintenance men just walked into our room whilst we were in there. There was clearly miscommunication between staff and this was unacceptable as me and my partner could’ve been doing anything in the hotel room. Then every morning following, housekeeping would just enter the room even with a ‘do not disturb’ sign on the door making it extremely pointless, and also making me and my partner on edge if we wanted to be intimate. Despite the lovely decor, I wouldn’t be making my way back to this hotel any time soon. Staff also tried to recharge me for the entire hotel stay mistakenly when I reminded them I owed them money for early check in. Considering how easy it is to tap a card machine with Apple Pay, luckily I alerted them before making payment otherwise I would’ve paid twice. When leaving, we also owed room service and they was willing to let us leave. As honest people, we informed them, but they seem really unorganised without a clue of what they are doing making it 10x harder for non-German speakers.

Dear Mrs. Dillion, we regret that you did not like our quiet location in the hotel's own park - this is particularly appreciated by our guests. Apparently you had not checked our geographical location on Expedia. The cost of a cab is within the range you indicated, given the current price increases/inflation.The old town of Oberursel as well as the Taunus are well worth seeing and invite you to store, hike or linger in a café, gladly our #Hotelhelden would have advised you on this.Granted, we offer a variety of services in the hotel, which is opposed by an appropriate consideration, that is, payment. We guarantee all guests that our rooms are ready for check-in from 15:00. Departure is requested by 12:00 noon on the day of departure. For this reason, we charge additional fees if you wish to arrive before the guaranteed check-in time. We appreciate your understanding for this.I must agree with you that the situation you describe is totally unacceptable. I can only apologize to you so much. We would like to sincerely apologize for this circumstance. In the meantime, we have been able to speak with the person responsible and can assure you that we are already intensively investigating all the points raised. Each of the points you raised is justified and indeed does not meet our standards for ourselves.Please understand for those who are just starting out in the professional world. We can rely on our trainees. My colleague who served you enjoys my absolute trust. We have explained the process to her once again and from now on we will know how to improve our training process here in the future.Please excuse us for not being able to fully convince you, but we have to disagree with your statement. Our guests appreciate not only the hotel, seen as hardware. We would like to make special note of our employees, who have welcomed and served a large number of very satisfied guests over many years. We regret that you apparently do not belong to this distinctly large group.We consider your insinuation regarding Apple Pay to be a nullity. We feel that this is not the right way to make this public. We would ask you to refrain from doing so. Worth the distance
While it was a fair distance from Frankfurt central station, it was certainly worth the wait as it was a majestic hotel in the country side. There was beauty in every direction that you looked.

Great hotel but no need to charge for parking
Beautiful hotel in a serene and tranquil environment. I took two stars off because I don't believe that hotels ought to charge for parking. This hotel's parking charges 7 Euros for under the hill parking or 17 Euros for the covered parking adjacent the hotel.

This was absolutely a great stay. Everything looks brand new and the main hall, where the bar is located, is all newly built but in a sort of Tudor style which looks stunning and makes for a great atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and eager to help, breakfast is delicious with a great selection (from fresh fruit to cereal/porridge to bacon, sausages and on-the-spot cooked eggs as you like them). Location also excellent just 10 minutes walk from Oberursel, a great little town with a gorgeous old city centre and quite a few amazing restaurants. Easy to get to Frankfurt too.

Great hotel outside Frankfurt! The only problem at Check-in: the drop-off zone was confusing (red tape everywhere) and nobody helped with the baggage.
