The basic of the basic
I had to wait 30 minutres for the guy to show up to check me in. The room was very bare, and th ecurtains were very thin. The TV did not work

Great location
The place was good. Great location, really close to everything. Room, kitchen and bathroom were really clean and tidy during all our stay. Everyday someone was coming to clean. I know this hot weather was something untypical for Frankfurt but room at night was really hot even with the window open. I suggest the air-conditioning for the future. Overall recommended.

非常糟糕的体验
非常糟糕的体验，该民宿老板在事前没通知的情况下，借口民宿没水不能入住，叫我们到另外一家他订好的酒店入住，结果拿到房间傻眼，是顶层阁楼的房间，而且靠近机房，吵得不得了。问可否换房，前台说没得换，于是又打电话给民宿老板，可否换一间或退款，老板态度强硬说要么住要么滚。

最悪の対応
連絡が上手くいかず、現地をおとずれたがチェックインできなかった。ブザーを押してよびかけたがなんの応答もなかった。次の日もおとずれたが、やはり応答が無かった。料金ひ先払いでこれ程ひどい対応はないとおもう。

很近火車站和巴士站 非常方便 景點可以步行過去 人員很友善 因為我們是背包旅客 對於需行兩層才到住宿沒太大問題 唯一是夜晚街上很嘈雜 很多車Bibibi 很滿意這次住宿

駅には近くて便利だったけど らせん階段をスーツケースを持って上り下りするのは、きつかった。 チェックインをした女の人も英語も全然わからなく 不便だった

Unbedingt vor Ankunft den Betreiber anrufen!
Der Titel verrät es: ohne den Betreiber der Pension kommt man nicht rein. Es gibt kein Büro vor Ort, sondern der Betreiber muss dem Gast den Schlüssel überreichen. Wenn man das vergisst, steht man vor verschlossenen Türen und wartet evtl. 30-45 min. auf den Betreiber. Ansonsten war die Einrichtung und der allgemeine Zustand für den günstigen Preis pro Nacht wirklich gut. Die Lage ist auch sehr zentral.
