You didn't tell us anything and simply wrote a review.We offer our guests a very good service, with many free extras. In how many hotels do you get water every day? We were happy to give you more water. When our guests ask for an extra bottle or two of water, we are happy to say yes. In the morning we offer coffee/tea and a croissaints each. We have a shared kitchen and a shared laundry room (washing machine + dryer). In each room we have an iron and an ironing board. All free of charge, of course. We were happy to hold the door open for you when you checked out and gave you a water to take with you.We cannot know what our guests do in their rooms. We respect privacy and data protection. But if a guest misbehaves, we also react politely and respectfully. Unfortunately, you didn't give us the chance this time. The few stars you gave us refer to a guest and not to us.
