"The staff! What a lovely place. Such amazing people in the lounge. The lounge in the evening for canapés and drinks was worth the extra price. Breakfast was awesome. Obviously location to the airport is a huge bonus. "

"Excellent stay. The hotel was superb. The room was clean, the wireless charges on the bedside tables were a great idea. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. The breakfast was lovely too. The only one issue I had is that I had to pay extra for a decaf coffee with my breakfast. It should be free."

"We absolutely love staying at this property. It is a motel and also has a hotel associated with it. There’s a pool on a hot tub. The building seems safe as it is locked at night and requires key access. It is a great place to launch off into Raglan or the Waitomo glowworm caves. This hotel is exceptionally clean and provides a great value for the price. The staff is super friendly when you check in and very kind. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your hotel."
