Nice place. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Very hot water. I didn't like that the bathroom light was motion activated so when you go in the middle of the night, it blasts you in the face. The air conditioner was funky too.

This property is under new ownership, We stayed, last year right after they purchased, they are young and VERY HARD WORKING, and we could See the IMPROVEMENTS ,Older but Very Clean and comfortable , Owners we do the Very best to accommodate you , reasonable prices

Extremely clean/Equally noisy
This is an older motel but my room was absolutely immaculate. Had a very family-friendly vibe. My only complaint is what seemed to be paper-thin walls. I heard every word of my ‘neighbors’ conversation for hours and then highway traffic the rest of the night.

You were in an adjoining room which sometimes, unfortunately, can get noisy due to the "neighbors". We have no control over this nor would we know about it unless you had mentioned it to the staff. Tv was on a timer for cable had to pay 20$ for 120 minutes. Bathroom lights were on 15 min timer. Bed was squeaky and not comfortable. Very bad, do not stay!

Hi, Kathryn. Our TVs do not have timers on them and we do not charge additional fees for the use of the TVs. So, we are not sure why you mentioned this. We are working on replacing the timers on the bathroom lights in addition to other renovations to the rooms. Unfortunately, this is taking longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. Please reach out to us if you would like to discuss this matter further. The hotel is just as advertised - older, but CLEAN! The staff was friendly and provided all the information about the amenities. Breakfast consisted of coffee, juices, cereal, fresh fruit, and an assortment of muffins, toast, bagels, etc. We were specifically looking for a dog-friendly hotel and we appreciated having a designated area for dog walks with waste disposal bags and can available. Yes, the hotel is dated, but it suited our needs.

Let me start by saying that if you're looking for a luxury fancy hotel, this isn't it, however for a budget hotel, it's great. Yes it's old, and a bit outdated, but the room was immaculately clean. No frills but a clean place to sleep. Couple of reasons for dropping a star. The bed.. it is a king bed, but sags in the middle. Lay on the side and you start to roll to the middle of the bed. Another unusual thing that was a bit annoying is that the light in the bathroom is on a 15 minute timer. Getting ready and taking a shower typically took too long and the light would go off on you. You could also hear any noise outside like people talking, cars starting up. The price is right though and I would definitely stay there again.

In addition to the sweets, we do offer cereal, oatmeal, fruit, juices, and coffee. The room was clean and comfortable. Only problem was the internet was out and the tv was also effected. But we were satisfied with our stay. Would definitely stay there again.

I was on a work trip and started in name brand hotel for the first part of the trip. The job ran long so I needed to stay another few nights. The brand name place wasn't very comfortable so I looked into other options. Colonial was much more comfortable and had better amenities. The staff was more personal and the other guest's seem to all be repeat guest or incredibly friendly.

The property needs a few upgrades. I had issues with the TV. The owner and his wife were most accommodating. I will stay again when in the area! Felt very safe, the area is quiet. Close to anything I needed.
