Surprised to see the mini-kitchen set with plates, cutlery, a dishwasher but that was nice. Right across the street from a major shopping area that had a lot of food choices. "Perfect stay from start to finish! Fast, easy, professional check-in. Free water supplied with in room fridge. Room was immaculate, beds extremely comfortable, great climate control, amazing architecture with exposed brick and beams, high ceilings. Copious hot water in the bathroom. Free coffee in the morning was quite good. Rooms mostly quiet but avoid nearest the elevator if chatter disturbs you. The restaurant in the hotel is highly recommended for dinner! "We had a nice stay at the Holiday Inn in Lancaster. The location is great and is within walking distance of most everything, restaurants, shopping, and the Convention Center. The staff were excellent and provided wonderful service. The door to our room did have a gap from the floor and so we could hear everything in the hallway. "

"The room was clean, the staff were nice. Yes it was somewhat outdated, but this isn't the Waldorf. I needed an inexpensive place to crash. I was in town for a early slot at a test taking center so this was super convenient since I was from out of town. I didn't have to arise early, fight traffic etc."

"This hotel was great! Not only did it have everything we needed, it was exceptionally clean. It felt great to take off our shoes and truly relax after a long drive. One of the cleanest hotels we’ve stayed in, which is a huge plus on my list. Breakfast was good, the pool was nice, and although the hotel is currently under construction for remodeling, I can’t wait to see it once it’s finished. I would definitely stay here again."
