"The facility was well managed, maintained, and had very capable and friendly staff. The pool was fantastic, the workout room was one of the better ones I have used at a hotel. The only improvement i would recommend would be to the breakfast offered and area. It met our needs, but could be improved to elevate the experience at the facility. Overall we had a wonderful experience at the facility and would be happy to visit again. "

"My granddaughter and I got to the hotel much earlier than expected And the staff made aour accommodations available early without hesitation. We were so grateful. Very clean. Very friendly!"

"We know the hotel can't control the weather, but we were surprised by the lack of effort to offer some kid friendly activities with 4 straight days of rain. Other issues we encountered: 1) our shower looked like it was never cleaned. The same 2 pieces of hair were stuck on the tile when we arrived and left. Lots of mold too. 2) my husband took my tween daughters to the gym with him (since we were all going stir crazy from the 3rd straight day of rain!) They were rudely informed at the desk that the girls were not allowed to work out and would have to sit and watch my husband. 3) the indoor pool had several leaks in the ceiling, along with lots of dead geckos. We tried to get lunch afterwards, but pretty much every restaurant (besides the pizza place and pool restaurant) was closed. Ended up having a long wait for a table at Surfcaster. One food runner spilled a plate of chips on my husband and all over the floor and mumbled "I'll come back to clean that up" but never did. Then after waiting 35 mins for our cocktails, we were told the beverage ticket blew away and glasses broke, so that's why there was a long wait. 4) the refrigerator in our room was broken 5) the toilet in my daughters' room only occasionally flushed. 6) lots of maintenance needed in our "hallway". The "Exit" sign was broken broken and hanging my a thread. There were old beverage glasses (not ours!) sitting outside our room for 2 days. A champagne flute fell over and broke. Used qtips scattered "
