"Second time I've stayed and is my, 'Go to' when working in West Sussex. Paddy the owner is very organised, the apartment spotlessly clean, on site parking directly outside the apartment, a couple of minutes off the motorway. "

"We had a lovely weekend stay at this apartment. It was spotlessly clean, modern and very comfortable-perfect for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were cosy and the whole place had a fresh, welcoming feel. The only small thing we noticed was that there weren’t many mirrors, which would have been handy-but that didn’t take away from the overall great experience. Would definitely stay again! "

"We had the most wonderful time staying at the Hobbit Hole. The property was incredible: well looked after and very clean. Everything has been very well thought out. We thoroughly enjoyed gazing at the scenery out the window and enjoying the peaceful area."

The pool is fab, the rooms spacious, everything is spotlessly clean, the staff were superb and the bar/ food options are decent. Only negatives - it's expensive for a taxi to the airport and it was a complete nightmare accessing the hotel on foot. Last time we stayed we were in a car. Other than that, a top notch place to stay."

The rooms were nice and clean but the bathrooms were very tired and dated but clean. The beds were clean and comfortable and kept us more than warm enough throughout the night. No complaints from us and we enjoyed our short stay here and breakfast was a good morning starter for us all too. "
