We were lucky enough to book a Premium Room, which was beautifully spacious, clean, and provided a fantastic, relaxing base after exploring the city. The Food is a Game-Changer While the comfort of the rooms was great, the food truly sets this hotel apart: Included Evening Meal: The complimentary light evening meal they offer is a brilliant touch. It was delicious, varied, and a wonderful perk that provided great value after a long day of sightseeing. Buffet Breakfast: This was simply out of this world! The quality and scope of the buffet were far beyond standard hotel fare. From traditional Norwegian specialities to a vast array of fresh, high-quality options, we honestly went back again and again. It was easily one of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever experienced."

The service was disappointing at the best. we were left alone on our self with zero help from the staff.. judging from previous review, the same problem still exist. I guess the only improvement they’re trying to do is to reply bad reviews. It’s the same standard answer without actual action to improve their service."
