"Very loud, all night long loud voices and bad acoustics - felt like people were walking and talking in my room - couldn’t sleep much. Very restless place, no staff seen at all in 3 days, and people were for example drinking vodka in the kitchen in the middle of the day, and it wasn’t even weekend. Room was much smaller than in the pictures. Entrance was a messy backyard of some restaurants."

"Loved our stay at the Admiral Hotel! The building has so much character with its historic charm, but the rooms are modern, comfy, and super clean. Perfect location—steps from Nyhavn and easy to walk everywhere. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was amazing. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We loved it all-our room, the location, the great breakfast, the staff. My husbands luggage was lost for our first 4 days, which was very stressful trying to find it. Two of the women staff members were extremely helpful, and I am so annoyed with myself that I have forgotten their names. The last girl we dealt with was the one who ultimately found the bag for us. I think her name was Hannah. I am so grateful for the patience of the staff, and their friendliness. If we ever get back to Copenhagen, this will be our hotel... Vicki & John, Vancouver, Canada"

"The hotel was much better than expected. Close to the centre of town and close to the cruise terminal where we were joining our ship. It is a budget hotel but with a great atmosphere. We would stay here again. All reception staff were very professional, smiling and wonderful senses of humour. Particular mention to Pedro from Brazil. I watched him dealing with a particularly demanding couple with so much patience. A credit to the hotel. Our room overlooked the railway tracks and you really could hear the trains rumbling past the window. This may put some people off but we loved it. Breakfast was really good with lots of choice. To top it all they have a 24 hour bar. There is a 24 hour 7/11 across the road with a large selection of food which you are allowed to consume in the hotel bar as they have no restaurant apart from breakfast. For the price we were very pleased and glad we stayed there. "
