Great place to stay in Fredericksburg! Could not have a better location.

Keep looking! Save yourself!

Keep looking. The floors were gritty and sticky, the home was moldy, the toilet area was dirty, the shower—rain head with fire hydrant pressure, bed sheets…sandpaper at best, and the bed hard and squeaky. I received a text from management company the day before our stay informing me the spa was out of order but because they have a no return policy wasn’t much I could do about it. Once arriving at the property it was obvious the spa hadn’t been in working order in years. They say there is internet but you have to agree to “mass marketing” and enter your phone number & email.
