This is a nicely maintained property. Everything was very clean. Great staff. The bed was so comfortable! Best sleep ever.

The hotels seem to be remodeled from a motel. I booked two rooms. One of the room does not have hot water for shower. The room itself is clean. No elevator.

Bathroom was poorly cleaned. There was hair on the floor and in the shower. I had to call for towels and one would’ve thought I was asking for something extra the way the front desk questioned me. The room was old and really needed work. Cracks in walls and just kind of worn. It served its purpose though.

A comfortable property and comfortable beds. Very friendly staff. I would have rated the property excellent except for the following concerns. 1. Burnt out lightbulbs in the room. 2. No extra roll of toilet paper. 3. Very basic breakfast and you have to ask the staff to serve you your scrambled eggs and sausage. Because of the breakfast at this this property, It probably won’t to be my first choice the next time I am in the area.

Rooms are old with minimal renovations completed to give the impression of updated rooms. Sheets were not clean and not only were we refused a cleaning service when requested, but were also told we couldnt get new sheets to change out for ourselves. Not a good experience and made best western name appear to be a budget motel.

The hoteĺ had an elegance and charm in its decor. The clothes rack in our room was broken off the wall on one side and the sink stopper did not work well.

Just have a problem with ghost ants in our bathroom and some crawled on my bed. I believe attracted to my Soda. They were all over our dogs food. We removed all food and drinks and kept garbage outside. Will inform the office in the morning.

It was very clean and quiet. The welcoming staff were phenomenal. The only mishap was that me and my boyfriend woke up to bites on our arms and face. We didn’t notice any bugs but, we got bit by something.

Room smelled awful. Latex pillows smelled so bad, I took them off the bed and put them on the other side of the room. I made a pillow from sweaters to be able to sleep. The smell was the big turn off. On the plus side; the breakfast was good, it included a variety of fresh fruit. When I checked out, staff was apologetic about smell. Breakfast staff was very nice.

First room had a toilet that was running nonstop,… so they quickly gave us a new room. Super friendly and accommodating staff. The beds are comfy and it is immaculately clean… The decor and fixtures are dsted and the bathrooms are from the 60s or 70s. They seem to be well csred for and for the age they look fantastic and again clean. Would repeat stay

Mattress was totally shot
People come here with one ultimately important need, a good night of rest. My mattress should have been tossed years ago. My feet were higher than my head I sunk in so far. I could feel the springs. Woke up with a pulled shoulder and neck. I'm an athlete. This isn't because of some underlying issue. The bed was garbage.

The person in the next room had the TV on the whole night, and we could hear it through the connecting door. They should soundproof those doors. Everything else was fine. The room was clean, and the breakfast was good. The shower and water pressure were great.
