Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
Customer support and local management were responsive and provided missing items. The cleanliness could have been better. Power outage during our stay and Cozi rentals said they would not give refund if we had to move somewhere else which is unacceptable, in my opinion. Fortunately, power came back after a few hours. Overall a good experience.
