"Everything was dissatisfied. Nasty asz hotel need lots of update!!!! Complimentary breakfast was not acceptable at all, bathroom nasty, lobby not to clean, and safety risk, I give a 1 Star…"

"My room had an odd smell and the smoke detector was broken off the wall. There was no hair dryer even though there was a hair dryer holder on the wall and the toilet seat was broken. The blanket in the room was super thin and when I requested another blanket I was told they were all out. The pool was sorta clean but the pool area was gross. The breakfast was dry donut holes and 1 type of cereal. I was kept up all night by the loud elevator. The staff was super nice, but the hotel overall was not worth the price!"

"We checked in around 10pm. When we went to our room, it was a dirty room. The woman at the desk was very apologetic but mentioned they were sold out. She contacted her manager via text ( would have appreciated a phone call to speed up the process rather than a text ). But after standing at the desk for a long time, a room became available somehow. After getting to the room there were no blankets for the pull out couch, again had to go back down to get blankets. The following day I called the front desk and explained the issues with check in last night and asked for a late check out of 1pm as some sort of compensation and the women told me I would have to pay $50 to get that approved. Seemed crazy considering the hassle we went through during check in. Other than that, it was a nice stay."

"Wonderful mattress and choice of firm or soft pillows without requesting. Breakfast was hot with a good selection. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Definitely staying here again and again. "

"My shower had a broken handle, there were several non-functioning excercise machines. There was some kind of computer glitch that tacked on 2 extra nights on my stay, though that was caught and wasn’t completed. It was not what I have come to expect from a Hyatt property"
