The floors were so dirty my socks turned black and they were slippery. The sheets and towels had stains or looked like they'd never been washed, but I think they were stained. I felt really gross. We booked two nights but only stayed one and left.

I thought it was great so I'll give a 5. Booking, check-in instructions, communication was easy and responsive. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is really cool. On-site staff was engaging, friendly and helpful. Next time I'm in Austin I'll book there again.
