"My relatives and I enjoyed this hotel very much. The staff were wonderful and very helpful, friendly, had a good sense of humor. We were very delighted to stay at this hotel on a Saturday having the bicycle race and running race. It was quite entertaining. The location is very convenient to things and the park in front of it invites you to run, jog, or walk. The pillows were amazing just like down pillows, but they are not down. We had a great and would stay there again."

"I had great time at The Klyde. I love that the building is historic and over 100 years old it just brings such an appeal to me. Everything was clean and the $10 credit for the cafe next door was a nice touch, they even held my luggage after my check out. The only issue I did have was that when i first arrived at night at around 11 PM I had issues checking in.. I never received the email with my confirmation code so i was stuck in the lobby for over an hour with the security and was texting & calling the Kasa support. They weren’t responding to my texts and I was on hold for a long time until I got help from an agent, they had the email sent to my email. Other than that everything was perfect the room was really cool and staff was super friendly. I even left a note in the lounge area in one of the cabinetsz"

"The location vallet, reception, pool, elevator all good. The carpet needs cleaned. Feels a bit bare bones with no second end table and other little things like that. Filter in heat/cool system needs replacing. Carpet in room was so dirty my socks were dark brown by the end of two days. The carpet in the halls dirty. The furniture off elevator tattered. Maids were nice, did a good job with their end. Would stay again, but prefer the property manager clean the infrastructure. Thanks for allowing the feedback. B&B"
