"The best hotel I have ever stayed in! I wish I knew about the Drury before. The staff was so kind and welcoming, and always ready to help. It was clean from the parking lot to the lobby to our room. 10/10 would recommend "

"At the last minute checking in I had to pay my pet fee per night $25. The bed sheets were stained. Staff called to report my small dog was being too loud had to go all the way back from the entrance of San Antonio all the way to my room towards end of San Antonio. Breakfast was only cereals, apples, and orange juice. Parking space is on the back other side of the hotel. Deposit is required once checking in even if room was booked. Don’t forget to get your deposit back."

"The property is pet friendly on the first two floors. Our third floor shower had inadequate water pressure & after coming back from being gone for 4 hours, the room smelled like mildew. The location needs repairs to tiles, missing pieces of trim, bad caulking, scratches to finishing, & but the breakfast looked good. Eggs looked fluffy & everything was well stocked. "
