"This was one of the best hotel rooms ever! The front desk clerk was very nice, she let us know they had complimentary pasties and coffee in the mornings and complimentary drinks in the evening. We had a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom with a balcony. The kitchen was a huge bonus, and it had everything you needed (pots, pans, plates, etc.). Everything was very well thought out, and very clean. I definitely will be back if I'm ever in Austin."

"Excellent service, staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was good. The room was clean, and beds were comfortable. Next trip, I hope I remember to ask for handicap restroom because it was hard for me to take a shower due to no hand rails."

"Air conditioning was a hit and miss , we’d turn it on and would shut off from time to time and even then it felt as thought it didn’t cool. Staff were sweet but elevator was old fashion , shaking when going up / down and pillows were small / lap size pillow and not comfortable. Bathroom towel too rough and tv did not have many Channels. "
