"On the night of September 15th, I had a negative experience with the front desk staff. I admit I made a mistake with my reservation, but that should not be an excuse for showing a bad attitude toward customers. In addition, every time the phone rang, the receptionist seemed upset, which left a poor impression of the service. I hope this feedback helps improve customer care, since friendliness is essential in any situation."
"The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was especially large. The valets were so friendly and helpful. The lobby was very large and comfortable. After checking out, we had a few hours before it was time to go to the airport. We found a comfortable area of the lobby with chaise lounge chairs and just rested and watched TV. I appreciated that they had ice water in the lobby. My only complaint would be that there were no ice machines. There was an ice freezer but the one on my floor never had ice in it. I later found out it was not working and there was ice on other floors, but a sign to indicate that would have been appreciated."
"We came to Tampa for a concert. Hotel was super convenient and walking distance to pretty much everything restaurants even the stadium. The airport shuttle was on point. We even arrived early and they allowed us to check in early. They have a coffee bar until mid morning and then fruit infused water throughout the day. The pool was quiet and clean.Would most definitely visit this hotel again everybody there was amazing."

"Very conveniently located. Short walk (approx. 10-15 min) to RJS. The free breakfast was pretty good. There was a sandwich shop in the front plaza that was pretty good, there are some stores/restaurants on the other side of RJS (a little further walking distance maybe 25-30ish minutes). Traffic in and out was pretty easy to navigate. It is an older hotel that was renovated so it does have its flaws, our room had a musty smell to it. Other that that everything was clean. The staff was super nice and welcoming."
