"The toilet in the room would fill up all the way to the top as it was going to overflow then it would flush. The curtain rod was bent and the shower curtain wouldn't stay closed. The AC would not stay on cool it kept going to heat when the room would cool off. And it smelled like mildew when it was running. Breakfast was okay, sausage was over cooked it was like eating rubber. Staff wasn't the friendliest it was like they were there because they had to be. "

"I never made it to my room because the room they assigned me had someone else who broke in and wouldn't leave. And still didn't refund my money"

"Went to an event close by, was only given one room key which a friend lost. When we got back to the hotel the lobby was closed and a note on the window to call a 24hr number. When we called the number kept disconnecting. Had to go stay at another hotel, when we went back in the morning and showed the call logs, the employee said they received no calls. Told them to check the cameras as well. Contacted management, they never returned my call and still won’t answer me in regards to a refund. Horrible service."

"The front desk agent was so lovely and helpful, she was very kind and accommodating. We were a late check in because our other hotel was overbooked and couldn't accommodate me and my handicapped elderly parents for the night. We were just passing through traveling for the night but turned out that it was prom night for Fresno and the whole town was loud and rowdy for a Friday! We were put in a nice quiet corner and were able to get some rest for the road. I'm so grateful we were redirected here, the breakfast was just what we needed with fresh bananas and waffles. The room was very outdated and the linen was stiff but the the lady at the front desk staff was so awesomely nice. It was just perfect for us passing thru; we got to get a little rest and ready to go back on the road."

"The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. But this hotel has see better days. If you are looking for a clean place to crash, this is good. Just don't trip over the wrinkled, stained, carpet. "

"Very clean room with good size bathroom, has a good size kitchen with utensils and pots if you want to cook, full size refrigerator, and microwave. Lobby staff is very nice and serves breakfast every morning. Has a gym and pool and area to play sports."
